Our Beginners courses


We hold beginners courses during the year and can take a novice through to running or run/walking in six weeks. We have qualified coaches and lots of friendly helpers so we can give plenty of encouragement. Courses are fun and you will be shown how to run safely, warm-up and cool-down.

Our last six-week women's running course in King's Lynn ran on the 22nd February 2023.

 

We hope you find the course a welcoming and friendly experience. You need only run to your own capabilities and you will feel healthier and fitter.

At the end of the course you will be able to join the main group and walk, run/walk or run with us every Wednesday.

 

Returners to running are also welcome on the courses or may be able to slot into the main group if you are already running a bit, no matter how slow contact us.
